As part of our vision to create a culture of liberation we have thoughtfully curated programming to support folx in developing a shared analysis to begin the process of moving through and beyond white bodied supremacy and
racialized trauma.
For people of color communities this means healing from ancestral and intergenerational trauma, reclaiming freedom and joy, reconnecting to our ancestral linages and traditions, and working towards repair in our present
communities
We believe that this work can only be done intentionally, moving at the speed of trust, with with a holistic embodied framework and with a shared analysis. Our programming supports Black, Indigenous, People of color, White folx, Resource poor folx, and folx with access to generational wealth develop embodied skills to intentionally co create the culture we need to THRIVE in
commUNITY with one another.

Ancestral Reconnection
Afinity spaces that center the practice of somatics, movement, and mindfulness, plant allyship, ceremony, and ritual. Exploring the possibility of reconnecting to our intuition and the ancestral wisdom living in our bones.
Allyship
Spaces for white folx to investigate the characteristics of white bodied supremacy culture & developing a shared praxis for moving into right relationship with non human and human kin & building a culture of liberation.
Youth
Youth centered access to safer commUNITY building opportunities, trauma conscious co & self-regulation skills, an educational analysis of white bodied supremacy and racialized trauma, and a space to have fun and experience joy, connection, and safety.
Hi, we are Amber and Naomi!
Naomi and Amber are co-directors of the Susu commUNITY Farm and the Susu Botanica, located on unceded Abenaki land in so-called Southern Vermont. They believe in the sovereignty of the land and that everything in nature is a reflection of asè, or universal life force energy. With this belief at the center of their work, they are continuously working to be in right relationship with both the seen and the unseen. Their mindfully created course offerings are intuitively designed with the guidance and wisdom of their ancestors, elders, and mentors, and crafted at the speed of trust.
